At Seychelles Footwear, we want you to love every step you take. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
